First *5* Star Review of 2018 just arrived!

February 2018 marks our first year Anniversary having Mike Reagan on board serving as the TW TrainWorx East Coast Director and what an absolutely phenomenal year of growth it’s been! All the Traingineers are super stoked to continue focusing on; new product development, custom layout design/fabrication/installation and already Mike’s Layout Assessment bookings for 2018 are filling up!

‘Tis the Season for trains, trains, trains, trains… right? Of course it is!

Don’t take my word for it, check out this December 1st, 2017 article from USA Today highlighting 13 Holiday Model Train Displays to see and you will find that the Traingineers of TW TrainWorx layouts garnered TWO mentions in the USA Today Article: USA TODAY

The two mentions are: The Trains at NorthPark display in Dallas, Texas and New York Transit Museum’s 16th Annual Holiday Train Show in Grand Central Terminal in New York City.

*Not mentioned is the over 1300 sq. ft. display we did last year for the Houston Museum of Natural Science… Trains Over Texas 

*Also not mentioned is another TW TrainWorx display inside Herald Square Macy’s Santa Land exhibit … Macy’s Santaland

*Oh…and one more not mention is our layout inside the NY Historical Society’s Toys and Trains Jerni Collection Exhibit: Holiday Express

Custom Layout Trifecta of June Installs!!

**FLORIDA**   **NEW JERSEY**   **NEW YORK**

The TW TrainWorx Traingineers have been having a BLAST bringing to life three custom layouts we’ve completed for three of our Traintastic Top TW TrainWorx existing customers! That’s right, each of these gentlemen enhanced their existing TW TrainWorx custom layout or in the case of Skip, he ordered up an entirely new Polar Express Train Layout that will be enjoyed by many during this year’s Holiday Season. Can I get a HO HO HO!!!

First install was completed last week in Florida where the industrial yard portion of Steve’s layout was enhanced with some very meaningful custom buildings, a way cool Service Yard and a boat where some very happy swimming Dolphins can be seen enjoying the water.

Announcing… Live with Traindame!

One of the coolest aspects of being around the incredibly creative, crazy talented, and super skilled Traingineers is being able to see first hand the massive amount of progress that can happen in a week… a day… or heck even in a couple of hours on the studio floor!

So with that in mind, and having my handy dandy iPhone and Facebook *Live* video, I’ve officially started my “Traindame… Live in 5” series and invite you to view my very first episode which features a cool look at the making of the Houston Museum of Natural Science’s Trains Over Texas displays opening November 18, 2016.

National Parks Railway

Last Sunday, Roger and I attended the monthly North Texas Chapter of the Lone Star Division of the TCA club meeting which was held at fellow member, Don Hughes home, where he opened up the building that houses his awesome train layout, The Hughes National Parks Railway. 

All 40+ of the members who were in attendance thoroughly enjoyed the time spent being able see all the different National Parks depicted on the layout, run trains and special surprise bonus was the scenic mountain mini seminar Mindy (Don’s daughter) shared with us! As you will see, this is an awesome layout…a true labor of love that Don and Mindy worked on for over a decade!
